Reservations must be canceled 15 days before arrival date. Otherwise, the total amount will be charged on the credit card given as collateral. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. A valid credit card must be submitted and a pre-authorization will be made to cover room charges, taxes and other charges.
WHAT IS THE TIME OF REGISTRATION AND DEPARTURE?
Guaranteed registration is at 3 p. m. The departure takes place between 8 a. m. and 11 a. m.

The Majesty Palm is a no-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the following areas, restaurant, jacuzzi and rooms. A cleaning fee of € 500 will be applied to the room in case of non-compliance with our smoke-free policy
